The Held is 1.5 miles from the town centre and bus stops.  It can be accessed by road or by walking up a steep track from Christ College.
 

Our tarmac drive leads from the main road to our guest private parking area.  

Access from the car park to the cottages is via a gravelled track and some steps. 

Check-in is from 3:00pm.  Guests will be provided a PIN number via Email to access the key box for their accommodation.
 

Once checked in guests have 24 hours access to their cottage until check-out on the day of departure (10:30 am).
 

The accommodation is part of a 300 Year old stone barn and while ground floor areas may be accessed via a ramp all other areas (Bedrooms, Bathrooms) require access via steps.

Assistance dogs are welcome in any of our rooms, however, pets are not allowed.
 

The owners live on-site and can be contacted in case of emergency.

 

All units have cordless kettles and remote control colour TVs., oven, fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. 

The Held has hosted guests with a range of abilities and has a positive approach to special requirements.
